Take notes during Training and SHARE!
POST-Training – report the learning to your Manager
Offer to train others who may be interested in your new-found knowledge
“in life you have to go out and make your own way, you cannot always sit and wait for things to land in your lap.”
People like sharing knowledge.Just ask (properly!)
